KemFine has a lean organizational structure which is based on three business units (BU). This allows fast and flexible decision-making with a high degree of empowerment. At the Group level, the executive management team (EMT) encourages and supports business units towards customer satisfaction. Quality and R&D units are operated at Group level to allow uniform procedures and smooth technical transfers take place. The country organizations in Finland and Scotland are the key players to provide operational excellence which ensures high-quality and on-time deliveries.
